However, if payment is made via online credit card, a prevalent bank charge of 2.5% of the fee will be levied for withdrawal/cancellation.

AUXKA Limited Warranty Statement


AUXKA SEMICONDUCTOR LTD. ("AUXKA") warrants to the original end-user, that this product, excluding content and or software supplied with or on the product, will be free from defects in material and workmanship, will be fit for normal use during the Warranty Period specified below commencing on the date of purchase provided that this product is legally placed on the market and is registered on www.auxka.com within 14 days after purchase.

To make a warranty claim please contact AUXKA at support@auxka.com within the Warranty period and provide proof of purchase (showing the date and place of purchase and name of the reseller), original packaging and product name, type, and serial number. You may return the product after first obtaining an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and following any other guidelines listed. For further information see www.auxka.com and select “support”.

Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, AUXKA will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of this product that proves defective because of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by AUXKA on an exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to this product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated, or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand, or has been resold contrary to the US as well as other countries’ export regulations.

This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement for defective AUXKA products, as provided above. AUXKA is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing, or installing AUXKA products.

This warranty excludes 3rd party software, connected equipment, or stored data. In the event of a claim, AUXKA's sole obligation shall be the replacement of the hardware.

This constitutes AUXKA's entire liability, which will never exceed the price you paid for it, plus the necessary costs you incurred for the warranty claim. AUXKA products must not be used in applications where failure could threaten injury or life, such as life support systems. AUXKA DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IF AUXKA CANNOT DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY DURATION ON ANY REPLACED PRODUCT WILL BE THAT PORTION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD REMAINING ON YOUR ORIGINAL PRODUCT.

Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements 

To obtain warranty service, you must register your AUXKA product Online within 14 days after purchase, then contact AUXKA at support@auxka.com within the Warranty period and provide proof of purchase (showing date and place of purchase, and name of the reseller), original packaging and product name, type and number. You may return the product after first obtaining an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and following any other guidelines listed. For further information see www.auxka.com and select “support”.

The defective product should be sent by freight-prepaid via FedEx and insured, to AUXKA Semiconductor Ltd., Customer Service Department, GPO BOX 10160, HONG KONG. Products shipped to this address must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. AUXKA will not be responsible for any expenses incurred for utilizing the freight and customs clearance fee.
The returned product will become the property of AUXKA. Repaired or replacement products will be shipped at AUXKA's expense. Repaired or replacement products will continue to be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty.
